Delete your Taskss account

You can close your account and start deletion from inside Taskss. If you cannot sign in, you can request the same action from Taskss Support.

Delete from the app

1. Open Taskss and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Edit profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your current password and confirm deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email admin@bighelpers.in from the email address registered to your Taskss account with the subject Delete my Taskss account. We may ask you to verify ownership before closing it. Never send us your password or journal passphrase.

What happens to your data

• Your account is closed, active sessions are revoked and local data on the device completing the request is cleared immediately.
• The server copy is retained for 30 days so an accidental deletion can be restored if you contact support during that window.
• After 30 days, the scheduled purge permanently removes the account data and encrypted journal key material. It cannot then be recovered.
• Records that must be kept to meet legal obligations, such as applicable payment and tax records, may be retained for the period required by law.
