Due dates, deadlines, hold periods, late completion tracking — taskss.in handles time intelligently so you don't have to.
Two dates, two different purposes. taskss.in keeps them clear.
When you plan to do it. This is your target. Tasks appear in Today, Tomorrow, and Upcoming views based on their due date. Reschedule anytime — the original date is preserved.
When it must be done. Deadlines get visual emphasis — they show in red when approaching. Late tasks surface immediately. A deadline is a promise; taskss.in helps you keep it.
Not every task is ready to work on right now. Put it on hold until the right time.
Set a future date when the task becomes actionable again. While on hold, the task is dimmed and hidden from active views. When the hold date arrives, it reappears automatically. Perfect for waiting on others, seasonal tasks, or future planning.
We all run late sometimes. taskss.in records it honestly and helps you improve.
Due date set for Friday. Original date recorded.
Task appears in Overdue section. Visual indicator shows "1 day late."
Move to Monday. Reschedule count increases. Original due date preserved.
Marked done. Completion shows "3 days after due date." Activity log records the whole journey.
Full transparency. Every late completion is recorded — not to shame, but to learn.
Every time you move a due date or deadline, the counter increments. See which tasks keep slipping — they may need breaking down or delegating.
Task detail shows "Completed 3 days after due date" or "Completed 2 days before deadline." Green for early, red for late. Honest feedback, no judgment.
Parent task can't be marked done until all subtasks are complete. No more "I thought that was finished."
Recurring tasks won't create duplicates if the previous instance isn't completed. Clean lists, no clutter.
